1. Employees are concerned about the health and sanitation conditions of the facility. 2. There are employees that are being advised to not be tested for COVID-19 due to staffing needs. 3. Until early April, PPE was not available to employees. 4. The employer is not taking necessary steps to ensure patients are isolated even after testing positive for COVID-19. 5. Employees are concerned that patients that were previously tested positive for COVID-19 are allowed to walk the floor. 6. Employees are concerned that the employer is exempting employees from the requirements of the Cares Act/Governors guidance in regards to COVID-19. 7. A staff member that was tested positive for COVID-19 is screening employees with a mouth thermometer for COVID-19. 8. There have been 3 COVID-19 related deaths at the facility.
