T8CCR 3203(a)- On 10/1/20 the site was notified that 3 parents and other skaters had tested positive for COVID-19. The people are not employees but customers and had been at the ice rink. Later, employees were notified that one skater's parent was COVID-19 positive on 9/25/20. An employee who performs temperature checks of customers entering the facility also tested positive for COVID-19. 5 other employees were quarantined as a result of this, but not everyone who may have been in contact was quarantined. Customers who are skating are not required to wear masks while they are skating.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
