The Employer is not taking measures to protect employees from exposure to the COVID-19 virus as follows: - The ER is not controlling the number of customers who enter the store, causing crowding inside the store and reducing employees ability to stay at least six-feet away from customers and reduce potential exposure to COVID-19 virus. - The ER is not providing employees with hand sanitizer to use during their work shift.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
