Title 8 CCR 3203 (a)(4) The employer is not enforcing social distancing between employees, not keeping them at least six-feet apart, to protect the employees form exposure to the COVID-19 virus. In addition, the employer is not screen employees for signs and symptoms of the COVID-19 virus, like taking employees' temperature at beginning of the work shift. Complaint notes: Lunch break less than 2-feet apart. EEs working side by side with each other, and share tolls (and EEs don't wear gloves). EE asked the manager why don't they follow the regulations. The manager replied that since they are an essential business, the government cannot shut them down. Complainant is agreeable to an inspection by letter.Alleged Hazards: 2,
