In The office space VIP Outpatient clinic room 3P-33, a worker tested positive for COVID-19. The Staff was not notified adequately and the office space is very small. The worker that tested positive shares a common space including refrigerator, water, restrooms, microwave, shared desk, printer, water faucet. The space was not adequately sanitized therefore risking the spread of COVID-19.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
