T8CCR 3203(a) - An employee tested positive for COVID-19. Coworkers were not informed of the infected person. Employees found out from Medical Service. Management did not inform all of the workers regarding the worker who tested positive. Supervisors are not allowing all coworkers to self-quarantine when they worked with infected employees.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
