The Employer's effort to conduct contact tracing is inaccurate, and has not identified all who had interaction with two employees who tested positive for COVID-19. As such, not all persons who cam in contact with the two employees have been notified of the contact. Concerns of exposure may have occurred during shift change and overlapping shifts. The employer has incorrectly classified station employees as essential workers. Some station employees could be, and should be, allowed to telework as non-essential workers.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 5
