1. The employer has failed to pre-screen employees when they start their work day to prevent COVID-19 exposure. 2. The employer has failed to sanitize common surfaces and work equipment to mitigate COVID-19 exposure. 3. The employer failed to quarantine employees who have had contact with a positive COVID-19 employee. Employees are required to continue to work while waiting for test results.
