1. The employer has not provided training to employees on COVID-19, including how it is spread, preventing the spread, symptoms, and guidance for logistics. T8 CCR 3203(a)(7) 2. The employer has not established and/or implemented procedures to routinely clean and disinfect commonly touched surfaces. Cleaning products used are not EPA approved, employees are not provided with disposable wipes or other cleaning products, and there is no cleaning and disinfecting of vehicles between shifts and between workers. T8 CCR 3203(a)(4) & (6) 3. The employer has not implemented effective procedures to increase physical distancing. Employees gather within 3 feet of each other at the start of a shift, in break areas, and during trainings and meetings. In morning meetings, employees pass around a common clipboard and pen. T8 CCR 3203(a)(4) & (6) 4. The employer does not change productivity expectations to allow extra time for employees to wash their hands.
