1. The employer did not identify, evaluate, and control the hazard from COVID-19 in the workplace. Security guards are not provided with hand sanitizer, gloves, and replacement masks when they break or fall apart. The employer is not ensuring that thermometers are sanitized between uses and not sanitizing chairs used by others, such as customers before providing them for guards to use. The employer did not identify, evaluate, and control the hazard from COVID-19 in the workplace by ensuring that all employees have their temperature check and/or are screened for symptoms of COVID-19 prior to starting work.
