1. The employer did not identify, evaluate, and/or correct the hazard from COVID-19 in the workplace. The employer is not enforcing mask use and does not enforce proper mask use by dock workers and drivers. Many employees are only wearing the masks over their mouths. T8 CCR 3203(a)(4) & (6) 2. The employer did not identify, evaluate, and/or correct the hazard from COVID-19 in the workplace. After an employee tested positive for COVID-19 and notified the employer on 7/6/20, the employer did not arrange for testing for employees or isolate employees who were in contact with the affected employee. Employees were permitted to leave and get testing on their own. T8 CCR 3203(a)(4) & (6)Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
