1. RNs are not safe w/regard to the virus 2. As of April 3rd, 5 confirm COVID-19 cases in their unit no communication to the staff about exposure. 3. First staff exposure was march 8th but did not notify them until the 20th of march. 4. Assist. managers working on the floor actively coughing but they did not provide us masks. 5. Asked if sick patient tested positive no communication to staff. 6. Decontamination of unit was not performed. Title 8: 5199Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
