Employees are allegedly exposed to COVID-19 infection in that no mask mandates are being enforced at night thus allowing employees and managers to work mask-less or with masks not worn correctly covering the mouth and nose. Employees are allegedly exposed to COVID-19 infection in that no temperature checks are being administered to each employee entering during their shift. Contrary to the OSH Act of 1970, General Duty Clause 5(a)(1). 3.Employees are allegedly exposed to COVID-19 infection in that no assessment has been made and enforced to send home employees exhibiting signs and symptoms of sickness.
