1. Employees are exposed to possible COVID-19 infection in that employees and customers entering the establishment are not mandated to wear facial coverings when interacting with staff as per Colorado Governors Executive Order and contrary to the OSH ACT of 1970, General Duty Clause 5(a)(1). 2. Employees are exposed to possible COVID-19 infection in that no Social Distancing at a minimum of 6 feet, as per Colorado Governors Executive Order and contrary to the OSH ACT of 1970, General Duty Clause 5(a)(1). 3. Employees are exposed to possible COVID-19 infection in that the office is fully staffed and has not reduced its staff to 50%. Some staff members have been showing signs and symptoms of potential illness, thus exposing the rest of the staff to infection, contrary to the OSH ACT of 1970, General Duty Clause 5(a)(1),its staff to contrary to the OSH ACT of 1970, General Duty Clause 5(a)(1).Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 12
