It was reported to OSHA that the employer is not taking the proper precautions to protect employees from Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19). The employer is not enforcing employees mask-wearing at all times when within 6 feet of other people, both in the store and in common areas such as the break room. The employer has not implemented a method of screening employees to ensure symptomatic employees do not enter the workplace and it was alleged that an employee was coughing at work after testing positive for COVID-19.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 22
