It was reported to OSHA that employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that the employer has not implemented, nor enforced, COVID-19 procedures or precautions such as, but not limited to, training workers about the hazards of COVID-19 and the procedures for employees. Specifically, it was reported that hand sanitizer is not available in restrooms nor work areas, the use of face coverings is minor and sporadic, social distancing is not being required nor enforced, that work areas for employees testing positive for COVID-19 are not being isolated and disinfected/sanitized, and that there are no posted COVID-19 precautionary signs to help protect employees. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 25
