1. It was reported that employees are not adequately protected from COVID-19. It has been reported that two employees tested positive for COVID-19. It was reported that employees that were in close contact with the positive cases were required to quarantine. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act. 2. It was reported that employees are exposed to slip hazards in that wet floor signs are not being used. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.22. 3. It was reported that employees are exposed to cut hazards in that razor blades are not being used in box cutter or any other form of protected equipment. It was reported that razor blades are left out on table exposing employees to the potential to be cut. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 10
