It was reported that sneeze guards are not adequately sized, and that when they are broken they are not being replaced. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act. 2. It has been reported that employees are not adequately protected from COVID-19. It has been reported that employees are not being provided with masks/face coverings, or hand sanitizer. It was reported that an employee tested positive for COVID-19, and employees in close contact with the positive case were required to return to work and not quarantine.
