It was reported to OSHA that employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that the employer has not implemented COVID-19 procedures or precautions such as, but not limited to, training workers about the hazards of COVID-19 and the procedures for sanitizing and disinfecting the workplace for COVID-19. Specifically, it was reported that temperature checks are not performed consistently or with a reliable readings; that key management personnel are not themselves having temperature checks; that disinfection/sanitizing supplies are not being made available, and that two workers that have confirmed positive for COVID-19 have not had their workstations, nor other work areas, disinfected nor sanitized to safeguard the other employees. In addition, it was alleged that an employee has returned to work after 10 days of being positive for COVID-19. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 100
