It was reported to OSHA that employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that the employer has not implemented COVID-19 procedures or precautions such as, but not limited to, training workers about the hazards of COVID-19 and the procedures for employees possibly exposed to COVID-19. Specifically, it was reported that employees who have been around those testing positive for COVID-19 are not allowed to quarantine due to staffing shortages. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 2
