1. It was reported to OSHA that employees are exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. Employees are potentially exposed to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, when entering residences to perform maintenance work and the employer has not taken protective measures. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act. 2. Maintenance employees are potentially exposed to asbestos when performing work inside wall structures such as repairing pipe leaks. The employer has failed to properly assess the respiratory hazards and take the proper precautionary measures. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.1001 and/or 1910.134Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 5
