The employer does not have an effective COVID-19 Exposure Control Plan. 1. The hand sanitizer dispensers located throughout the building are not working properly. 2. There is not an adequate supply of hand sanitizer located throughout the facility. 3. Face coverings are not being required. 4. The screening process is not being utilized properly. 5. The building is not being properly sanitized. 6. The travel policy is not being followed as it relates to COVID-19. 7.
