Co-worker continually does not or refuses to wear face mask properly or at all. Has been told numerous times to put on mask or wear it properly. Co-worker was given accommodation of occupying a small office by themself so they don't have to wear a mask all day during work hours but still violates mask protocol while in the main department office with other employees.
