Regulatory Report

925 East Superior Street, Alma, 48801 Michigan, United States

1. An employee tested positive for Covid-19 on November 8, 2020. Employee notified management that same day that he tested positive. The owner or any other members of management have yet to give a formal verification of the positive test to the entire staff. It is unclear if everyone employed currently knows that they could have possibly been exposed to the virus. This includes office staff, Sales reps, delivery drivers, and shop workers. 2. Sales Reps were only instructed to not report to the office on the morning of November 9th, but instead to go straight onto the road. 3. There were no mandates implemented for sales entering other businesses being that they could have been exposed and infected and are in turn possibly putting these businesses at risk of spreading the virus. 4. No mandates for PPE were made either. 5. The desk and work space of the infected employee has not been cleaned. There are 4 employees that are currently working in the same vicinity of this workspace and they are not being mandated to wear proper PPE. 6. There is no preparedness plan at this time.

This is not what was advertised. It was supposed to be outdoor fireworks display programmed to music. What I received was a large and a small PKG of TV lights indoor use only. I want my money refunded and a label to send these back to you as they are no use to me.
