1. There are 4 positive COVID-19 cases at the establishment, and about 2-4 more employees who are being tested. Most of the staff have had close contact with the infected individuals. The establishment processes 50-100 plasma donors a day. The infected workers worked while having symptoms. The employer indicated that there were professional cleaners that came and disinfected the building, but the building didn't appear to be any cleaner. Employees are required to wear personal protective equipment but throughout the donation process they are close to donors and other employees.
