1. There has been positive cases of Covid-19, there has been four in less than a month within a small area. The business has not properly notified other employees who may have worked with the infected person(s). When there is a positive case, the infected person is allowed to come back to work once they are feeling better, not after getting a negative test which has a lot of people feeling uneasy. 2. When there is a positive case, there is not an immediate closure and deep clean being done, a ceiling to floor cleaning is only done two nights a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The cleaning people do not wipe anything down or sanitize on a daily basis. 3. Masks are worn when people are up and moving about, but that is it, not when at desks, and there is no enforcement of wearing them correctly, many take them off to talk or wearing under the nose, etc.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-28
