1. Company is not following state guidelines in regard to the pandemic 2. No temperature checks 3. Masks are not required while in the building 4. Not all employees sit 6 feet or more apart 5. A supervisor tested positive and nothing was advised to anyone that had any type of contact to get tested 6. We have drivers that come in from other states and Canada and not checked in at all.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 1
