1. One driver who has tested positive for COVID-19 was in direct contact with two other drivers. The employer has allowed these drivers to continue working potentially exposing the rest of the employees. The driver's lounge has not been disinfected after this occurred or even on a daily basis. The employer only checked everyone's temperature for a week after someone filed a complaint against them. The employer doesn't even observe employees when they are taking their own temperatures requiring that they document it on a sheet of paper.
