1. Employees have been instructed to explicitly ignore the mask order. Employees were sent a group text message on September 25 that instructed employees to not refuse service to customers who were not wearing a mask. Furthermore, the employer informed employees that they would be written up if any more complaints were received regarding staff being rude about mask use.
