1. This pertains to both manufacturing facilities in Saginaw. Social distancing measures and mask mandates have not been enforced inside the facilities for either employees or visitors (both office and plant) throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. 2. The company does not seem to consistently report company cases of COVID-19 to employees within reasonable time. 3. Work from home has been actively discouraged or refused in almost all cases where the work is capable of being performed at home. 4.
