1. PLANT 2. On Oct 8th a set ups son had tested positive for COVID. The shop never shut down to clean never had the shop cleaned. On Oct 10th it was said the set up had also tested positive for COVID. Again the shop was never cleaned the supervisor walked around with some spray in a bottle. 2. The person who was infected has returned to work they returned to work because they were no longer getting paid to be off work. It has only been roughly 11 days since the person has been made to be off work. 3. Safety precautions were never made with TPI and anytime questions were asked about COVID the employees get treated with attitude and as if COVID isn't a such thing.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-19
