1. Employees and customers with no masks. Masks were only supplied to employees about a month ago. 2. No social distancing. 3. No barrier between the cashier and customers while not wearing masks. 4. Not cleansing/sterilizing surfaces or vehicles. Multiple people may drive the trucks 5.
