401 South Ballenger Highway, Flint, 48532 Michigan, United States

1. 9T continues to have negative pressure rooms that are pumping Covid air into the halls and other floors. No action has been taken and continue to risk lives of staff. We have had 2 deaths and many people sick. Message from LARA was it's a problem and we need to push the issue. 2. Also no N95 masks or N95 fitting for 7c. This floor had a Covid break out on 9/18 with 9pts and 5 RNs so far that have been tested positive. The employer started to fit test on Saturday 9/19 and test patients. Many emails demanding they test the RNs also and they agreed. This should have never happened and all employees should have been fit tested and provided N95 at this point.

I purchased some outside folding chairs on 4/4 and haven't heard anything. The name listed above was not the name I was ordering from on the internet, just where the confirmation of the order came from.
I have not heard from or seen anything from them since the confirmation. Big scam!
