4929 South Baldwin Road, Orion charter Township, 48359 Michigan, United States

1. The office is open and doing aerosol-generating procedures and the staff has been without proper respirators and were not informed. 2. The practice owner/dentist did not answer questions regarding the authenticity of the masks and whether they were NIOSH certified or off the current approved KN95 list. 3. Multiple employees said they failed fit tests and said the respirators were counterfeit. 4. The risk management team have not provided the name of the respirator manufacturers. 5. The risk management team did not address any of the concerns regrading the unapproved KN95 respirators.

To my knowledge I don't have any outstanding orders from anywhere. Pkg came today in bag from USPS as it has been damaged and there are no contents. Says from Lucia at
4375 South Lee St in Buford, Ga.
I cannot find a single clue as to who this is from !
Is anyone familiar with this company?
