1. An employee tested positive for Covid-19 on March 21 and employees weren't notified until March 30. 2. The house doesn't have face masks, gloves, or sanitation supplies. 3. Both consumers have a bad cough and diarrhea. 4. The house has seven consumers so it's impossible for them to be 6 feet away. There's no social distancing. 5.
