There have been COVID outbreaks in numerous agencies, State's Attorneys, Court Reporters, Clerks office, Sheriff's office and they are not being reported to the rest of the employees who work alongside these individuals. on 11/5/20, it was confirmed via word of mouth, that 4 ASA's tested positive with COVID, had symptoms already, net no one notified the rest of the agencies who work directly with these ASA's. The courtrooms affected were not sanitized or even closed and the offices were also not closed and sanitized. Presiding Judge does nothing to ensure the safety of the pubic or the employees. Masks are not worn by judges and capacity limits are not adhered to. The courthouse behaves as if the rules do not apply to them.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-06
