Maintenance staff are tasked with conducting plumbing leak checks in over 300 residential units - some of which are occupied by tenants which are believed to be Covid-19 positive and/or under quarantine due to potential exposures. 1. Maintenance staff are exposed to illness(es) related to exposure to SARS-CoV-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2), which is the virus causing coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), while conducting inspection of apartment units. The facility does not have administrative processes in place to protect employees from being exposed to SARS-CoV-2. 2. Employees are wearing half-face respirators and the facility does not have a written Respiratory Protection Program in place. 3. Employees are wearing half-face respirators and the facility has not conducted an evaluation to determine appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including, but not limited to respirators. 4. Employees are wearing half-face respirators and they have not received a medical evaluation to determine if they are medically able to wear a tight-fighting respirator. 5. Employees are wearing half-face respirators and they have not received a fit test to ensure the correct fit of the respirator. 6. Employees are wearing half-face respirators and they have not received training on the use of the respirators.
