Employees are concerned that there are workers who tested positive for COVID-19; however the employer has not notified employees in a timely manner who has been in contact with the positive employee. In addition employees are told not to get tested for COVID-19, so they can continue working. The buildings has not been cleaned or sanitized properly in 30 days to prevent employees from COVID-19.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
