The employer allows employees who have tested positive for COVID-19, or who believe to have been exposed to COVID-19, to continue to work without following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Guidelines. Applicable OSHA standard(s): Section 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. 2. The employer does not enforce CDC Guidelines regarding wearing face masks potentially exposing employees to COVID-19.
