1. The employer does not follow CDC Guidelines regarding informing employees of potential exposure to COVID-19 by an employee suspected or confirmed of having COVID-19. Not informing employees of potential exposure to COVID-19 puts other employees at risk. Applicable OSHA standard(s): Section 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. 2. The employer does not clean the facility properly in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The employer has requested that employees dilute their cleaning agent (Cavicide), which does not follow the CDC recommendation of following the product label instructions for use.
