Production Room and Back of Building 1. The employer has not established procedures in accordance with CDC guidelines for the prevention of transmission of the COVID-19 virus in the workplace. Sanitation of the workplace is not adequate and there have been two recent cases of COVID-19 confirmed. Applicable OSHA Standard: Section 5(a)(1) of the OSHA Act 2. The forklift vehicle, which is in daily use, has no speed control and the acceleration pedal has rotted completely off. Employees are exposed to struck-by hazards.
