1. Employees are concerned with exposure to the coronavirus (COVID-19) due to the employer's failure to clean and disinfect the workplace. 2. The company does not have contact tracing procedures in place. Employees that are considered close contacts and are symptomatic are not allowed to quarantine. The employer threatens the jobs of those who should quarantine. The agency does not have jurisdiction to manage the following: 3. The company refuses to shut down to clean the facility. 4.
