Employees could be, or could have been, exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. Where there have been 10 or more cases at the plant, some employees who have tested positive, and/or have been diagnosed with the infection, have not stayed away from work; 2. Employees have not been informed when coworkers with whom they had worked, or could have been in relatively close contact with, have tested positive and/or been diagnosed with the infection; 3.
