All office staff are not being protected against patients with COVID-19. The employer offers telehealth calls which should be utilized when paitents are symptomatic or COVID positive. Patients are not COVID screened prior to visits. Employees are finding out in the middle of nurse screens that patients are COVID positive. They have been given cloth masks, no eye protection, no gowns. They were promised KN95 masks and have not received them. Thye're getting COVID positive patients without proper PPE. Patients entering the building are not required to wear face masks upon entering the building for their appointments and employees have difficulty obtaining proper PPE from employers. Patients are also not COVID screened aside from temperature being taken. The workplace has had 2 patients come in, one who tested positive 7 days prior to the appointment and one who had a COVID test pending who were both allowed into the building. Front desk staff, nurses, nurse practitioners are exposed since Thursday, Dec 3rd, and is ongoing.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-07
