1. The employer has not effectively developed or implemented an Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan for COVID-19. 2. The employer has not provided adequate sanitization in the facility, common areas and work areas after 12 confirmed COVID-19 positive cases. Sick employees are still working and have not been quarantined. 3. Employees are exposed to cold stress conditions.
