1. The employer has not effectively developed or implemented an Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan. There is a screening station at the front door but the screening is not supervised. Most of the employees enter the office through the back door and no screening is done. Masks are not worn systematically. 2. An employee has been exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms for two days and still had been going to work, has not been quarantined or being tested, potentially exposing other employees to the virus.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 30
