The sinks in the bathroom are not working properly. Employees cannot wash their hands.

This is not what was advertised. It was supposed to be outdoor fireworks display programmed to music. What I received was a large and a small PKG of TV lights indoor use only. I want my money refunded and a label to send these back to you as they are no use to me.
