1. In a staff meeting last week, employees on 2nd/3rd shift were encouraged to lie to contact tracers and case investigators about listing fellow employees as close contacts/exposure at work. Employees were told that failing to do this would impact holiday sales negatively (and if complaint is brought up internally, retaliation would occur). 2. Employees in establishment were not wearing face coverings and not following social distancing guidelines.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 50
