1. No Infectious Disease Control plan, nor controls to ensure compliance with the ETS which requires the employer to ensure Employees following requirements: A. It is alleged the employer does not ensure Social Distancing while at work. B. It is alleged the employer does not provide Personal Protective Gear and ensure it's Proper wearing of masks. C. It is alleged the employer does not provide nor require use of sanitizer. 2. It is alleged the employer does not establish and implement procedures to ensure employees known or suspected of having COVID-19 do not report to work. In addition, the employer has no procedures for these employees can return to work. r 3. It is alleged the employer does train employees on what COVID is and how to minimize exposure and risk, as well as, providing training on their Infectious Disease Control plan with a Training Roster (signed, dated, name of trainer)Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 250
