The employer has not cleaned and disinfected areas in the workplace where employees who have recently tested positive for coronavirus spent a prolonged period of time in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines potentially exposing other employees to SARS-CoV-2. 2. The employer is not conducting daily in-person or virtual health checks (e.g., symptom and/or temperature screening) of employees before they enter the workplace in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines potentially exposing other employees to SARS-CoV-2. 3. The employer does not enforce the policy requiring customers to wear cloth face coverings while in the workplace in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines potentially exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2. 4. The employer has not established and implemented policies for social distancing in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines allowing employees and customers as well as employees and employees to come into contact with one another potentially exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2.
